Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Motionlee ("we", "us") and our clients ("you"). By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services
We offer Web Design (from £499), Product Visuals (from £149/pack), Motion Content (from £199/month), Managed Hosting (from £15/month), and Brand Identity (from £299). All prices confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Project Process
All projects begin with a free consultation. We provide a written proposal confirming scope, timeline, cost, and revisions. Work begins once a deposit and signed agreement are received. Final files are delivered once full payment clears.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate briefs and timely feedback; supply all required content and images; ensure materials are legally owned by you; make payments on schedule; and review deliverables within agreed timelines.
5. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due on completion. Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance. Late payments (30+ days) may result in suspended work. All invoices are due within 14 days.
6. Revisions & Changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Major redesigns or work outside agreed scope will be quoted separately and confirmed in writing before proceeding.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of completed deliverables. Motionlee retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless requested otherwise in writing.
8. Warranties & Liability
We warrant all work is performed with professional care. We cannot guarantee specific search rankings or revenue growth. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project. Motionlee will not share or sell client information without consent, except where required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
